Just recently, I've been eating nothing but tofu and veggies and well, I've always been curious if I can eat eggs and dairy products since these products aren't hurting the animals in any type of ways. Well, I just found out that there's three different types of vegetarians. Pretty amazing information on google. Hehe... The three types are:
- Vegan diets: excludes meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products- and foods that contain these products (which I don't think i'm that person).
- Lacto-vegetarian diets: exlcudes meat, poultry, fish, and eggs- and food that contain these products. BUT!!! You can have dairy products such as cheese, milk, and etc.
- Lacto-ovo-vegetarian diets: excludes meat, poultry, and fish but allows eggs and dairy products. (<-- I think this is a winner)
I think the reason why I pick lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet is because i've been eating alot of pasta and drinking milk with my cupcakes. Hehe... I heart google.com. n_n
